Nfinit Monkeys LLC ("Company", "we", "us") operates the FieldDay platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
Name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, trade/industry, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe to a plan.
Customer Data
Information you enter about your customers, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, property details, job history, and communication preferences (including SMS opt-in status).
Job and Financial Data
Job details, estimates, invoices, payment records, documents, photos, schedules, and timesheets created through the Service.
Usage Data
Device information, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve the Service.
AI Interaction Data
Call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated content when using AI-powered features. This data is processed to deliver AI services and improve their quality.

- Service Providers: Cloud hosting (AWS), payment processing, email delivery (Resend), SMS services (Twilio), AI processing (Cortex/Anthropic), mapping (Google Maps)
- ParcelPost Integration: When you use permit features, relevant job and contractor data is shared with the ParcelPost municipal platform
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or government request
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- 256-bit TLS encryption for all data in transit
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest
- Bcrypt password hashing with salt
- Role-based access control (Owner, Admin, Technician, Office)
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- Automated backups with point-in-time recovery
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, we retain data for 30 days to allow for export requests. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our systems within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
